Educational Animal Games App Reviews

My 2 year old absolutely loves these games and I love that they are educational and help with his problem solving skills! I highly recommend them!

My 2yr old daughter has enjoyed the free version of this game for nearly a year before I bought two extensions ("more animals" was the second one). It was beautiful, simple, and elegant. Shes a little ahead on these types of things so I didnt buy the extensions at first because I was afraid she would tire of it quickly in favor of other more increasingly challenging games. But the beautiful animal designs and the numerous bubbles to pop kept her coming back to it for fun every few weeks or so...so I decided to buy the extensions, especially at $1.99 each, and also with the lure that the "maps" that the first extension promised would further entice her as she advanced cognitively. However, I am disappointed by what the purchases gained me. There are no maps games/puzzles that I could find. And, the "challenging" and "moving" additions really arent that challenging, even for her only being 2 years old. I am convinced she would have been just as content to continue playing as is without the additions I purchased. I do not believe it was worth the extra $4 (rounded up of course). However, that said, the free version itself wouldve been worth a good dollar or two for her simple pleasant joy arranging the pretty animals into their designated indentations as a soothing break from her other more challenging games/apps.

My daughter and myself found the graphics extremely adorable. She also really enjoyed popping the bubbles. Unfortunately, she (and I briefly) had trouble understanding exactly how everything worked. For example, it wasnt clear where the map section was, nor that we should touch the pieces to make them go to the map. I also think adding animal sounds, not just the names, would be a lovely touch, as would perhaps a bit more interaction on the maps page.

I first found this app when searching for something to occupy my baby. My daughter just turned 2 and loves this app. She constantly asks me "can I match up the animals" and I love that it helps her with her motor skills, her brain function, and it is fun and engaging for her. She is on the challenging one and I contacted the developer on the app to "unlock the memory games". To my surprise, the developer (women who is a mom just like us) emailed me back quite a few times and her responses were always within 12-24 hours (mostly 12). That shows amazing customer service if you ask me and I loved it. She gave me the "secret" to unlock the memory games and my daughter loves that too. She is getting used to the idea of it, but when I stop her or need my iPhone, she is not happy (she wants to play more). I highly recommend this app to any mom/dad who is looking for an educational, yet fun and engaging app for their little one. I love it!

The graphics in the app is too cute. And to my mind it’s one of the most important things for educational games. They have to be nice and attractive for children. I like the way developers kept that in mind...

Being a mom of three I often try different kids apps. I like the jungle music, it’s amazing - sounds like from Lion King :) My sons love playing this app and so do I!

My boys are absolutely in love with this game! The graphics are cartoonish yet realistic, and animals are funny. My only concern is that lynx looks like a grey old dog :) But anyway the game is amazing.

I found this game when my daughter was about 18mos and it took her a week or so to understand it, but all of a sudden it clicked. Now she likes playing it every day and gets very excited with her successes. I like how it gets increasingly difficult and now we can work on the memory games. The developer is very helpful and told me how to get the extra games. Definitely worth the $4. Thanks Antti!

Good games but would be even better if it had option for different languages like Spanish

The app is fun for little ones over 18 months. I will look again but its not really clear to me how to unlock additional functions.
